“Watching” Interactive Art Installation p5.js Sketch Test Demo

This lightweight demo is a sandbox for validating the sensor data that drives the “Watching” installation. By building a manual input interface, we can inject arbitrary values into the system and confirm that each sensor channel, whether analog, digital, or wireless – transmits the expected readings to the processing layer. The UI is intentionally minimalistic with clean form fields for a few data types, accompanied by a real‑time console that echoes back the received values. This simplicity makes it easy for developing thresholds, calibrate devices, or debug communication issues without needing the full hardware stack in place.

At present, camera feeds are not yet integrated into the canvas, however, the architecture is ready to accept video streams once the imaging module is added. I’ll be updating the demo to include a live camera input that overlays sensor data onto the visual display, completing the immersive experience of “Watching.”
